"She gets up while it is still dark"...

Rising early has probably been one of the HARDEST things to get used to. But I have done it! And so can YOU!!! I am NOT a morning person. I could sleep until 12:00 if my Mom would let me. My usual routine for the morning was, my Mom let me sleep in a little bit and then I got up and was always dragging my feet, NOT wanting to get up and clean right away. We usually had breakfast first and then home blessing. But sometimes the other way around. So by the time all the home blessing was done it would be 10:00 in the morning. Now that I have been getting up earlier I feel so free. I do not drag my feet anymore even though it is 6:00! Who knew that these words would be coming out of my mouth! Everybody knows that I am NOT a morning person, even my tennis coach. :) My new routine is get up at 6:00am personal Bible time, breakfast, and then home blessing. I usually get this all done BEFORE 8:00 in the morning! I have never felt so good. I was thinking about it the other day and wondering why this worked so well, this new routine. Then I remembered this scripture,

Proverbs 31:16

She gets up while it is still dark;
she provides food for her family
and portions for her servant girls.

There it is, that's it. IT IS SCRIPTURAL!!! It is funny that we try to fix all the problems in our lives FIRST, before going to God and asking him to help us. I have been trying to fix my problem for a long time. All I did was listen to the scripture and *POOF* my problem vanished.
I challenge YOU to take this on. It will help you more than you know with your home blessing. But I WILL warn you, it may take you a couple days to get used to it. :) Let me also tell you, It's worth it! ;)
